PNP Chief Police Director General Ronald Dela Rosa questions Reynaldo Diaz, also known as James Tan, who was arrested during an operation in Matnog, Sorsogon on Saturday.
Diaz is included in the national-level drug watchlist and the cousin and bodyguard of the slain Cebu drug lord, Jeffrey Autumn Diaz, alias Jaguar.
