Despite the many allegations and complaints filed against former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III, Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales called him corrupt-free.
It can be recalled that the former President had issues with the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) and was also sued for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide in the operations in Mamasapano which led to the death of 44 SAF officers.

But Morales defended him saying that he led by example when it comes to being corruption-free.
“You have to give it to him. He is corrupt-free.” she said.
